Making the Land Use and Transportation Link Urge the VA General Assembly to make meaningful reforms Contact your Senator and Delegate today! The Virginia General Assembly is going into special session on September 27, to once again debate transportation funding. Our elected officials need to focus on making meaningful reforms that link between land use and transportation. Contact your legislators today to counter special interests who will be pushing for more money that would make sprawl and traffic worse in the absence of real reform. It is critical that the debate be about more than throwing money at the problem.
