The Coalition's staff works with our members and allies, who comprise local, regional and national environmental and civic organizations such as the Piedmont Environmental Council, Audubon Naturalist Society, Sierra Club, Chesapeake Bay Foundation and Surface Transportation Policy Project. Coalition members set the strategic direction and communicate frequently while working together on numerous campaigns.
The Coalition staff includes experts in land use, housing and transportation policy, grassroots organizing, media, internet and fundraising. Together with dedicated volunteers, we support community participation in growth and transportation decisions.
