In addition to an affordable dwelling ordinance, Loudoun offers home ownership assistance through a low-interest Homebuyers Opportunity Program, and a Family Self-Sufficiency program for those on federal rental assistance. A Housing Advisory Board makes recommendations to the Board of Supervisors on additional potential housing programs.
