Event: Tour the future of Oakton + drinks on us! (Oakton, VA)

You’re invited! Join us for a walking tour and happy hour on September 30th exploring a proposal to remake the aging AT&T campus in Oakton into a vibrant, walkable, bike-friendly community.
This redevelopment offers a once in a lifetime opportunity to create a well-designed neighborhood on 33 acres in the heart of Oakton. The proposal includes:
- A mix of uses, including grocery and retail, to support a walkable, vibrant community
- 850 new homes, including 18% that will be affordable and workforce units
- Pedestrian safety improvements, new connectivity, and a 1-mile shared use path
- Publicly accessible open space, a central plaza, and a new 2-acre park
- Updated stormwater management, green infrastructure, and stream protections
