Spending the Stimulus: How Virginia Can Put Thousands Back to Work & Jump-start a 21st Century Transportation System
This report shows how Virginia can take advantage of the special opportunity offered by ARRA funding not only to upgrade existing roads and bridges to 21stcentury status, but also to invest in public transit expansion, reduce congestion, and link transportation and community planning.
