The countdown has officially begun for our 25th Anniversary celebration and fundraiser, and you’re invited! Join us on Thursday, May 12 from 6-8pm at the Capitol View at 400 – an open air rooftop with a great view of the iconic Union Station, our region’s premier multimodal transit hub and a fitting symbol for CSG’s work over the past 25 years. 

We’ll be sharing a look back at successes and a look ahead about how we’ll tackle the challenges before us today in affordable housing, safe streets, and land use and transit solutions for fighting climate change.

Spend the evening mingling with smart growth advocates and enjoying the gorgeous view. We’ll have wine, beer, and delicious hors d’oeuvres from Well Dunn Catering, a highly rated caterer with a green certification and known for sourcing local food and donating to local food banks.

With your help, we can meet our “$250,000 for 25 years” goal so we can expand our advocacy and hire a full-time Prince George’s Advocacy Manager and Senior Policy Fellow.
