This past Thursday was CSG’s 25th Anniversary celebration! For all those who attended, thank you for joining us. We are thrilled and touched by the great turnout and your enthusiasm. It was wonderful to see so many old friends – and to meet new friends, after two years of “virtual” meet-ups.
We are sorry if you were unable to attend, particularly those who had COVID pop up in their households. May it be mild.
Aside from a brief period of misty-drizzle, we had a beautiful night with great views of Union Station and the Capitol. Check out the pictures from the event, taken by Hugh Kenny of The Piedmont Environmental Council and Chadisia Stadler, CSG Spring Intern and student at Howard University (remember to credit them if you share).
Our sincerest thanks to our sponsors, host committee members, volunteers, and every attendee and supporter. We are energized by your commitment to CSG and all that each of you contribute to the cause.
We have accomplished a lot over the past 25 years, but we have big challenges before us. Smart growth – walkable, inclusive, transit-oriented communities remains the best solution for our housing, transportation, equity, and climate challenges. If you haven’t already donated, our 250,000 for 25 years fundraising campaign continues and you can help us reach our goal! Your generous contributions and hoped-for grants will enable CSG to expand our team and do even more to shape a sustainable, equitable region for everyone.
