Join CSG as we explore the newly opened Potomac Yard Metro Station and the exciting new developments in this emerging transit-oriented community.
Our tour will start at the Potomac Yard Metro Station and then we’ll walk to check out:
- Virginia Tech Innovation Campus under construction
- The region’s first Bus Rapid Transit — Metroway, and a more livable version of Route 1
- Affordable housing built on top of a fire station
- Progress with the Oakville mixed-use development and Inova Healthplex
- Amazing Potomac Yard Park, bike trail and playgrounds
