New Carrollton Bicycling & Transportation Forum

Major transportation projects are reshaping New Carrollton and the surrounding area. The Coalition for Smarter Growth and WABA invites you to join us for an in-person forum to share your vision for safe, bikeable, walkable streets.
The forum will feature an update on the $47 million development of a New Carrollton transit hub, with new sidewalks and bike lanes. We will also discuss opportunities to improve bicyclist and pedestrian access and safety on Route 450, Route 410, and other major roads.
Your input is important! Come share your thoughts with New Carrollton Mayor Katrina Dodro, Prince George’s Councilmembers Calvin Hawkins and Eric Olson, Maryland Senator Alonzo Washington, Delegate Ashanti Martinez, and other county and state representatives.
