CSG, in partnership with Habitat for Humanity Metro Maryland and Ileana Schinder, PLLC, is hosting the Montgomery County Homeowner ADU Workshop for homeowner’s in Montgomery County interested in learning about or building an accessory dwelling unit (or an ADU, also known as a granny flat, accessory apartment, or English basement).

• Get guidance on building, designing, permitting, and financing your own ADU
• Enjoy a welcome from Montgomery County Councilmember Hans Riemer
• Ask experts specific questions about your project during our open house
• Hear from zoning and permitting experts, architects, and lenders, and discuss the best options for building your accessory apartment
