Thank you to everyone who joined RISE Prince George’s on 6/17/22 for our walking tour around the Capitol Heights Metro station. We appreciated a big turnout and elected officials who joined us: Prince George’s County Council Member Rodney Streeter and Capitol Heights Mayor Linda Monroe, several town council members, and DC ANC 7C Chair Antawan Holmes.
Look for future events both online and in person as we explore how we can ensure that Prince George’s and DC build walkable, inclusive and vibrant places around their Metro stations.
